Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

The only items that are eligible for return or exchange are physical products which are significantly damaged on arrival and those which have significant manufacturer defects. We reserve the exclusive right to determine whether damage or defects are "significant." You must provide clear photos of the damage or defect when you submit your return or exchange request, and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are also eligible to return or exchange an item if your order was fulfilled incorrectly (e.g., you ordered one item but received a different item).

If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an approved return or exchange request will not be accepted.

Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Digital items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Items Lost in Transit
Items lost by the shipping carrier are eligible for refund or replacement only if you purchased shipping insurance on the original order.

Issuance of Refunds and/or Shipment of Replacement Products
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund request is approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days (usually much sooner). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges/replacements will be shipped once the original item is received and the associated exchange request is approved.
